As it is visible from this image, the building looks tired and is in need of change as it was constructed in late 1960's.
There is currently a permitted development right approval for residential conversion of the existing building into 28 flats/apartments. However, given the positioning of the concrete structural columns, higher than normal floor to ceiling height and the position of windows, we feel a redevelopment scheme would be more appropriate and pleasing.
